Kasutera is a baked confectionery made with a mixture of eggs, flour and sugar. Arranged like Japanese sweets called manju, it is filled with 4 different kinds of cream, namely, chocolate, custard, green tea or chestnut cream. Its sponge and cream make great harmony.

Other than those above mentioned, one-bite size “Kuchu Teien baumkuchen” and bouncy textured baked chocolate “UMEDA SKY BUILDING premium excellent chocolat” are also among popular souvenir items.
