“Ramen Yokozuna, NAMBA Nannan”

Ramen Yokozuna was established in 1972. “Ramen Yokozuna” was born in Kichijo-in, Minami-ku, Kyoto. The soup of Kyoto’s representative ramen “Tonkotsu Soy Source flavor” is moderately sweet and full-bodied, and they are popular because of the nostalgy feeling.

“Kappa Ramen Honpo Sennichimae

“Kappa Ramen Honpo” is famous for Tonkotsu soy sauce ramen. It is in the center of Namba where tourists are crowded.

You can choose the hardness of noodles and the taste of soup and customize it as you like. You can eat kimchi and fried garlic as much as you want and it is perfect for beer. An extra helping of noodles is always free, it’s a good benefit for heavy eaters, isn’t it?

“King-emon Doudonbori”

“King-emon” is famous for its rich soy sauce ramen. “Osaka Black”, which is the most popular among many tourists since the taste is clearer than its apparent impact even though the soup is based on thick soy source.

“Sakunosaku Sennichimae”

“Sakunosaku” is the birthplace of Osaka Tonkotsu ramen. This store is famous for its high impact “NIKU-BAKA” and spicy “Naniwa Tonkotsu” with spiciness that you can adjust tastes as you like.

The roasted pork fillets placed along the circumference of the ramen bowl may surprise many tourists, and they take pictures of them. (Large roasted pork fillets are also included in other products!)

“Doutonbori Kamukura Sennichimae”

Founded in 1986, Dotonbori Kamukura offers the soy sauce ramen with a transparent golden soup with a high-quality aroma and a sense of nostalgia based on the theme of “cooperation of French and ramen.”

“Ramen Shitenno Doutonbori”

“Ramen Shitenno” is popular for its pork born based ramen. Four elements including soup, noodles, sauce and roasted pork fillets, are all united in the Shitenno ramen to fully demonstrate the original charm of ramen.

Although the base of soup is Tonkotsu, you can choose your favorite taste with Tonkotsu soy sauce, Tonkotsu salt and Tonkotsu miso. They offer sticky noodles and ingredients including roasted pork fillets, green onion and bean sprouts.
