Fluffy powder snow-like ice and latte art matching the image of Kyoto at “KEZURIHIYA Kyoto Gion”

Located on the basement of APA Hotel Kyoto Gion EXCELLENT near Yasaka Shrine, it is a café specialized in “Gion Ice.”

Ice produced by specially ordered device is fluffy like powder snow.

There are three flavors to go with the ice called yuki (or snow), i.e. “green tea,” “hoji-cha (or roasted green tea)” and “black tea.”

Yuki and the flavor are alternately layered several times, and at last artistic Japanese design was made.

It is just like latte art.

Ice is fluffy and light to the mouth.

As for drink in the set menu, you can choose either Kyoto black tea or coffee both can be served hot or cold.
